Non-Profit Management
Students can major or minor in Business and Nonprofit Management. Because Earlham graduates often take leadership in organizations of different types, the curriculum provides practical experience and application of theories for various social sciences in organizational settings. We also explore the context in which organizations operate (social, cultural, economic and political), and behavior, motivations and ethical considerations of individuals and groups in them.
